Work Package 1: Project Coordination and Evaluation

The success of EI-YOUTH relies on effective cooperation, transparent communication, and strong coordination among all partners. WP1 establishes the management framework that ensures the project is implemented efficiently, on time, and in line with Erasmus+ quality standards.

Through regular coordination meetings, progress monitoring, quality assurance procedures, and risk management measures, partners will work together to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
